The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (DHS) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Measure O: Behavioral Health & Homelessness Pathways to Sustainability. The Department is looking to use Measure O funding to support the community and help protect the County’s investments in Behavioral Health and Homelessness services and programs. The Department is seeking applications from a mix of community-based organizations (CBOs) and local government partners with existing projects critical to these networks that are facing funding uncertainties in the coming year. Community members are invited to attend the 4th Prop 47 Jail In-reach Local Advisory Committee on Wednesday, July 17th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. The purpose of the jail in-reach program is to use intensive engagement strategies to establish relationships with individuals who have serious mental health and/or substance use disorders, are unhoused or precariously housed, and are repeatedly incarcerated.
