Objective:
Tier 3 is designed for staff with lead-level supervisory or managerial responsibilities to establish, strengthen, and explore leadership principles and practices.

LEAP Program for Emerging Leaders

STEP 1 - Submit the enrollment form

STEP 2 - Receive WorkDev email notifying you of approval status

STEP 3 - If approved, log into sonoma higher ed and select the LEAP Certification on your plan

STEP 4 - Register for classes & see your progress

Guidelines for participation:

Open to staff who are current Emerging Leaders (see requirements above).
Successful participants complete the series of required and elective courses.
This certificate program is self-directed: enroll in classes as fits your work schedule and with manager approval.
In-Person classes at Workforce Development, Virtual and Web-Based classes through sonoma higher ed.
There are no time limits for certificate completion, however courses subject to change over time.
Credit for previous similar but different coursework will not be given.
