Annual Homeless Census and Survey

The Homeless Coalition for Sonoma County, Santa Rosa and Petaluma, the Department, and its partners have been required to conduct a point-in-time census of sheltered and unsheltered homeless families and individuals in the last 10 days of January in alternate (odd-numbered) years. Beginning in 2015, we began conducting a point-in-time census of sheltered and unsheltered homeless individuals and families on an annual basis.
