The Human Resources Department values the physical and mental health of all county employees. Our wellness program promotes knowledge and awareness, prioritizes the implementation of healthy habits, and encourages proactive attention to both physical and mental health issues. We offer many ways to be involved, from asynchronous webinars to group classes to county-wide wellness challenges. Our health care providers offer many resources to both their own members and the county workforce as a whole, and we are here to leverage those resources to improve your physical and mental wellbeing!

Wellness Resources Through Your Health Plan

Each of your medical plans has resources directed toward wellness and preventive health practices, unique to each provider. These resources are available at no extra cost to all covered individuals. Here are direct links to each resource page:
